WELCOME

Hello everyone! Welcome to Jacob H. Ford Photography! As just stated, my name is Jacob

Ford. I've always enjoyed photography, and it has always been a side hobby of mine.

Recently, I have decided to take my photography to the next level and learn new techniques and what my camera is capable of to capture great shots! Right now, I use a Canon EOS Rebel T6 1300 D. Its a great camera, and has awesome manual functions that allow me to adjust settings to capture great shots in all different lighting environments and weather conditions.

Here you will find that I love to capture the beauty of Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh region through the lense of my camera! I love exploring the different vantage points around the city of Pittsburgh in all seasons. I will also often photograph other areas outside of Pittsburgh such as the town where I live, Monongahela, PA which is about 17 miles southeast of Pittsburgh. You will also find photos here in my portfolios of other cool places I enjoy visiting and photographing, such as various towns in the Monongahela River Valley, Mingo Creek County Park, Ohiopyle, and many other fun and beautiful places in southwestern PA. As my photography career grows and develops, I also plan to upload portfolios of other beautiful places I visit through family vacations that my wife and will take in the future with our families. I find much joy in capturing and exploring God's world around me through the lens of my camera, but there's something specail about Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh region that I especially enjoy capturing! I hope that my photography can be a blessing to you and I hope you enjoy looking through my portfolios. I am thankful for this gift of photography that God has blessed me with and I am also thankful fo rmy wonderful wife Sydney who supports me in my photography endeavors. Thank you for visiting my website!
